You can make contact with me via my 'Contact Details' page.  I will then respond and ask what issues you are looking for support with and what you are hoping to acheive from the sessions.  You will also have the opportunity to ask me any questions that you may have about the Counselling process. 


For therapy to work, it is really important that we both feel comfortable with each other, to enable us to work together.​ If we are both happy to proceed, we can then look to schedule a first session.
