ABOUT ME
I am a qualified integrative Counsellor who after being a Samaritans volunteer for many years, reached the point where I wanted to support people in a different way. As a Counsellor, I enjoy having the opportunity to build a therapeutic relationship where we can take a look at what is going on for you and work together on the things that you are struggling with or want to change.
Being “integrative” simply means that I am trained and qualified in different types of Counselling. This knowledge gives me the flexibility to tailor my support to meet your individual needs.
