I appreciate that life can be busy, and finding time for sessions may not always be easy.  This is why I offer sessions Monday to Friday at various times throughout the day to include early morning and late afternoon.  Sessions are

available either face-to-face, remotely via MS Teams or telephone. Each session is 50 minutes in duration.

Unlike receiving Counselling via the NHS, I will aim for our first session to be within two weeks of your initial contact and record of our sessions will not be kept on your medical records.

I work with adults only over the age of 21 and trainee Counsellors requiring therapy as part of their studies.
